Well I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and is looking forward to the New Year.

I'm hoping that 2015 works out to be a better year then this one as it certainly wasn't the best and to be finishing with the closure of Bearly Mine Designs I can't wait for what 2015 brings.

So I decide not to finish off with a card but an Off The Page project, it's something I've had sitting in my craftroom I'm sure for a couple of years just waiting for the right time.

 

 

I've used my favourite sets of digital papers from Bearly Mine Designs - Mixed Media & Mixed Media 2 but as you are now all aware the store is closing on the 31 December 2014 so you better make sure if you want these papers to head on over there in the next two days otherwise they are gone forever.

 

Donna is currently having a huge closing down sale

 

 

I would like to thank Donna for this amazing opportunity of being on her Design Team for almost 2 years now and it's been awesome and I've made some life long cyper friends through out this time. I've also seen some amazing work entered into the challenges and this is something I will definitely miss but I hope to start entering into the challenges myself so I will also be still finding inspiration in cyperspace.

 

I wish Donna the very best for what ever she chooses to do with herself now and I look forward to still seeing her work out and about when she creates.

Inspirational Post by Kym - December 2014

Hello it is Kym here and today it is my turn to show you my last inspirational project for the Bearly Mine Inspiration and Challenge Blog - well in fact my very last inspiration post for Bearly Mine Designs as the Shop and Challenge are shutting on 31 December 2014.

I decided to make a Christmas card as Christmas Day will soon be upon us.  It doesn't seem long since I was watching the New Year's Eve celebrations in London on the TV and in a few weeks' time I will be doing the same.

  

For my card I have used the "Christmas Inserts" and "Christmas Traditions 2" sets from Bearly Mine Designs.

For today's post I made a Christmas decoration, I wear a matchbox. I take this lovely paper Christmas Delight by Bearly Mine Design. I added the different embelishments.

The Littlest Angel

Hello everyone ... This is Collette and I'm pleased to be bringing you my inspiration project for today.

I absolutely love the papers in the Christmas Ice pack, especially the snowflake ones.  I've also been trying to make cards for the holidays that are non-traditional in colors.  I love the way this baby pink and baby blue look.

This card uses the pink and white snowflake papers and is offset with bits of bashful blue sponging around the edges to give them an ever so soft pop. 

The image is from Saturated Canary and was colored with Copics.  The sentiment and snowflakes were cut from pale pink cardstock and sprinkled with shabby pink embossing enamel.  For more details on this card, please feel free to check out my blog at http://collette-heavensent.blogspot.com. 

Hope everyone is gearing up for the holidays ... I know my Christmas cards are starting to stack up, for a change, and I'm looking forward to actually sending cards out this year!

As you might have seen from a post on the Challenge Blog the other day, today is a very sad day as it is the last ever Bearly Mine Designs Challenge due to new European VAT laws coming in on 1 January 2015.
