Inspiration from New DT Jacqui

Inspiration from New DT member Jacqui

Hi there everyone is Jacqui here with my 1st inspiration piece for Bearly Mine.

I can't tell you how excited I was to be told i'd made the DT and that i'd get to play with these amazing products. So i'm really pleased to show you my first inspiration project.

For this project I used the Spring Flight digi set which as you can see is quite awesome and I can't wait to use it some more. I took my colour scheme from the papers which are soft pinks, blues and gold. Then I used a new stamp and embossed it with blue cosmic shimmer powder then simply added half pearls in blue and pink.  I used and 8x8 card in white then matted my paper onto some blue card.  I used a tonic punch onto some more of the blue card and layered some white, pink & blue lace onto it and some deep pink bling too.  I put a deep pink doily behind my stamp and used foam pads to lift it off the card. I searched my sentiment stash and found a lovely matching one which I layered onto the same blue card.  I finished it with a blue bow with a pink ceramic flower in the middle.  So what do you think?

Let me know till next time Jacqui over and out xx

Right onto information about the challenge.

The Bearly Mine Designs challenge for June 2014 is “One for the boys”.

There is a wonderful section of digital sets that could be used for boys'/mens' cards.  Some are not what you would necessarily look at ie Christmas or Halloween but on top of those seasonal specific papers there are also generic papers that could be used all year round.  Some examples are as follows:

Here is some inspiration from the Design Team. They have created some wonderful cards/creations for you to see.

Sadly we are saying "goodbye" to Sylvia.  We will miss you and wish you well.

Inspirational Post by Jules

So hi guys it's me again

Boy does the 29th of the month come around really quickly, I hope you are all enjoying the inspirational posts each two days from all the amazing designers I'm so lucky to be part of.

So this card I'm absolutely in love with, I must say it's probably one of my most favourites even though it's quiet  a simple card with not a lot of embellishments. This card was order by one of my hubby's work collegue's who's ordered a specialised card before, it was to be for a friends 50th birthday. She specifically asked that 50 and the ladies name be placed onto the card so that's what I've done.
The papers I've used are one of newly released papers last month

Mixed Media 2

I'm just loving using all these new amazing papers that Donna has been creating and can't wait to use them over and over again.

To view more photo's of my card please head on over to my blog where you'll be able to see them and also a description of the products and image I've used in this design.

Happy crafting everyone and make sure you stay tuned every two days for all the other posts and also head on over at the beginning of each month for our new challenges.

Inspiration Card

Good morning all, my turn to show you an inspiration card today, (glad it was today and not beginning of month, as made for friends birthday) :)
I have used a Mo Manning image, along with the gorge BearlyMine papers,

I have to say, I am totally loving the new stripes :)  I have coloured the image with copics and didn't go overboard with embellies (as I normally do lol), as Lynn prefers a less cluttered look.  Below are the papers I have used .

Do not forget that the sale is still on for a few more days yet, pop over to the Shop and grab some bargains whilst you can.

Have a fabby weekend all.  hugs Jackie
